Dear Church Family,

Long ago the Lord said to Israel:
“I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love.
With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.
I will rebuild you, my virgin Israel.
    You will again be happy
and dance merrily with your tambourines.
Again you will plant your vineyards on the mountains of Samaria
and eat from your own gardens there.
The day will come when watchmen will shout
from the hill country of Ephraim,
‘Come, let us go up to Jerusalem
to worship the Lord our God.’”

Jeremiah 31:3-6 (NLT)

I’d like to invite you to join me for a virtual online Easter Sunrise Service on SUNDAY, APRIL 12 at 6:35 AM.  We will be gathering through Zoom. This will be a short worship experience with music, prayer and a brief Easter devotional.  We’ll enjoy the sunrise over Falls Lake Dam.

Here are the details to join the experience:

It is strange to celebrate Easter by not being together.  The good news of Easter is not dependent upon our celebration, but on the love of God, which Jeremiah reminds us, is everlasting—in all times, places and circumstances.

There will be a time when we gather again, just as God promised Israel.  Until then, we will celebrate His resurrection with joy.

I hope to see you online Sunday morning.

You are loved!
